Outsourcing Services

  • Provide full back office support for performing the daily finance and administrative functions including maintenance of financial accounting records, accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc.
  • Handling all in-country statutory tax and legal compliances on monthly, quarterly and annual basis including monthly TDS deposit, quarterly TDS return, Annual Tax Return, Annual FCRA return and declaration, Annual statement of assets and liabilities with Reserve Bank of India.

Incorporation

  • Advise on formulating the entry strategy for India
  • Incorporate an Indian company through a joint venture or a wholly owned subsidiary
  • Setup up a liaison office / representative office, project office or a branch office for the parent foreign company
  • Obtain FDI approval from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI)/Government of India (GoI). If not approved by automatic route, Foreign Investment Promotion Board (FIPB)

Human Resources (HR) Advisory

  • Structure compensation packages for staff
  • Provide assistance in obtaining Indian resident permits for expats and their families
  • Advise on tax liability of fees/remuneration paid to foreign technicians and consultants engaged by a company /double taxation avoidance
