Katherine is a program assistant at GHS. She graduated from Princeton University in 2014 with an A.B. in Politics and a certificate in Global Health and Health Policy. She is passionate about promoting equitable and accessible healthcare for women and children. As an undergraduate, Katherine wrote her senior thesis on the funding and efficacy of the US Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC). Katherine also spent the summer of 2013 working at an organization for women’s and children’s health and nutrition in Cape Town, South Africa, where she supported nutrition clinics and monitored a program for orphans and vulnerable children in Cape Town’s townships. In her spare time, Katherine is a classical violinist.
